Vice Principal Hightown Primary School

              Salary: Leadership 7 - 11                £49,021-£54,092

We wish to appoint a values led, dynamic and passionate Vice Principal, who has the knowledge, skills and vulnerability to empower all staff and enable Hightown Primary School to continue on its journey to excellence.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Vice Principal who will:

• Work alongside the new Principal to contribute and make a sustainable Impact on the development of the school and its journey to excellence
• Lead the pastoral development of the children, managing the Inclusion team and ensuring consistently high standards of behaviour in the school
• Have some teaching responsibility
• Lead, motivate and inspire staff, children, parents and the wider community
